Job Summary: We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Supply Assistant to work in the logistics and supply area, supporting material receipt, storage, and movement processes. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of transportation and sample tracking **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are hiring a Supply Assistant to work in our logistics and supply area. Main Responsibilities: \- Support material and input receipt, inspection, storage, and movement processes. \- Assist in transportation and supply for internal and external customers, controlling orders and requests. \- Perform material verification and packaging in accordance with safety standards. \- Monitor transportation and sample tracking, ensuring quality preservation. \- Perform data entry and recordkeeping in logistics information systems. \- Organize documents and materials for shipment, maintaining updated workflow. \- Participate in inventories, stock verifications, and stock records. \- Verify and enter invoices. \- Monitor inventory levels and perform system entries in the management system. \- Support procurement processes, quotations, and order follow-up with suppliers. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics or related fields is preferred). Basic knowledge of management systems and Microsoft Office suite. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
