




Job Summary: Responsible for inspecting, receiving, allocating, identifying, measuring, labeling, and moving goods, as well as maintaining organized inventory and recording fiscal invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for managing goods and inventory 2. Controls perishable products and fiscal documents 3. Ensures organization and smoothness in shipping operations Working Hours: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday Responsible for inspecting and receiving goods from company-owned vehicles and third-party agents; allocating shipments to their designated areas according to region; identifying and measuring received products; labeling shipments; loading and unloading trucks. Responsible for maintaining organized, inspected, and mobile inventory of books and cargo to ensure error-free and discrepancy-free shipping/delivery operations. Responsible for storing and maintaining perishable items in the ANVISA room, recording the temperature of received items, verifying pre-alert emails for maintenance, and controlling such maintenance. Responsible for recording received fiscal invoices; issuing labels and manifests.
