Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: * Proficiency in audiovisual production: filming, audio recording, and editing. * Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and related tools. * Keen eye for narrative and storytelling, with the ability to transform briefs into videos that evoke emotion, explain concepts, and drive engagement. * Organization and management of multiple projects, meeting deadlines with excellence, as well as proper organization of materials and folders. Desirable: * Basic knowledge of photography. * Skills in animation and motion graphics. * Experience producing videos for civil construction, architecture, or events. * Aesthetic sensibility aligned with strong visual references. What awaits you in your day-to-day responsibilities: * Produce videos. * Capture images conveying experience, lifestyle, architecture, and the feeling of acquiring a new home. * Edit content for various platforms (Reels, YouTube, corporate videos, campaigns, events, training materials). * Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure each production reflects our brand identity and quality standards. * Cover events and marketing activations. * Propose new ideas, formats, and visual languages to expand our reach and strengthen our brand. 2512070202191909495
