You will also contribute to **system architecture, governance, and guidance of junior analysts.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your day-to-day look like?** **Key Technical Skills** * Proficiency in ERP Senior (customizations, configurations, and support) * Advanced SQL (complex queries and performance optimization) * Programming logic and best development practices * Relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) * Root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents * Desirable skills include knowledge of CRM, BPM, BI, RPA, integrations (API/EDI), programming languages such as Python, Java, and .NET, as well as agile methodologies and IT governance. * Providing specialized technical support (advanced level) * Resolving complex incidents and documenting solutions * Developing system enhancements and customizations * Creating and optimizing SQL queries for analysis and reporting * Leading system implementations, integrations, and upgrades * Mapping and improving business processes * Defining technical standards and best practices * Mentoring analysts and sharing knowledge * Working with vendors and ensuring SLA compliance * Also responsible for **access management and information security**, ensuring LGPD compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To make your story happen here, you must master the following:** * Systemic vision and analytical thinking * Autonomy and proactivity * Clear communication with both technical and business areas * Prioritization and negotiation skills * Customer focus and teamwork * Continuous learning A higher education degree in IT-related fields is required; postgraduate studies or certifications (ITIL, COBIT, LGPD, database, ERP Senior) are desirable.
