Cotton On's Store Responsibility Assistant embraces the Australian lifestyle and contributes to store sales achievement through the following activities: * Customer service: greeting customers, assisting in fitting rooms, providing information about our promotions, key product details, and our charitable foundation supporting environmental causes; * Focus on visual merchandising * In-store merchandise processing, restocking, and repricing; * Cashier operations. * Support for report management, team scheduling, candidate selection, and colleagues' development and training.
