Apply now and keep your profile updated. \#ProudToBeClamed \#PeopleCaringForPeople **Responsibilities and duties** * Substitute pharmacists at branches during vacations, days off, or leaves of absence—including in other cities—as required; * Receive medical prescriptions and dispense medications, instructing customers on proper usage; * Complete customer service by processing payment for products/medications; * Manage inventory control and dispensing of controlled medications, based on medical prescriptions; * Authorize product discounts for customers; * Resolve occasional issues related to health insurance plans, credit cards, fiscal cancellations, sales returns, and other store-related activities; * Supervise staff management, monitoring schedules and delegating tasks; * Assist in implementing and maintaining the 5S program at the branch, ensuring compliance; * Perform cash register counts, reconciling system values with physical cash to prevent discrepancies; * Complete store temperature control spreadsheets—including refrigerator and psychotropic drugs room—ensuring temperatures comply with sanitary surveillance regulations; * Verify batch numbers of psychotropic and antibiotic medications, confirming physical batch numbers match those recorded in the system and distributor invoices, requesting batch correction letters when necessary; * Prepare reports of incoming invoices for psychotropic and antibiotic medications; * Cross-check medical prescription reports to verify whether dispensed medications align with prescribed medical instructions, and subsequently submit files to the National Controlled Drugs Management System (SNGPC); * Conduct weekly balances of psychotropic and antibiotic medications, printing reports from the Back-Office system and verifying stock alignment with reported data; * Perform monthly reconciliation of balances, identifying possible inventory discrepancies for medications and products; * Adjust order receipt discrepancies via the system, as needed; * Administer injectables when assigned to Drogaria Catarinense; * Perform ear-piercing procedures when assigned to Drogaria Catarinense, using appropriate tools such as piercing guns. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Full availability of working hours; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. **Additional information** **Benefits:** **Transportation allowance** \- A benefit designed to facilitate employees’ commute to their workplace; **Meal allowance of R$500.00** \- A monthly amount provided to employees to support food expenses, ensuring adequate and balanced meals during work hours; **Viva + Care** \- An online platform connecting users with healthcare professionals (general practitioners, psychologists, nutritionists, physical education instructors, and nurses).
