Apply now and keep your profile updated. \#OrgulhoDeSerClamed \#GenteQueCuidaDeGente **Responsibilities and Duties** * Covers branch pharmacists during vacations, days off, or leaves—including in other cities—as requested; * Receives medical prescriptions and dispenses medications, instructing customers on proper usage; * Completes transactions by processing payments for products/medications; * Manages inventory and dispensing of controlled medications, strictly based on medical prescriptions; * Authorizes product discounts for customers; * Resolves occasional issues related to health insurance plans, payment cards, fiscal cancellations, sales returns, and other store activities; * Manages staff, including scheduling and task delegation; * Supports implementation and maintenance of the 5S program at the branch, ensuring compliance; * Conducts cash register counts, reconciling system records with physical cash to prevent discrepancies; * Completes temperature control logs for the store, refrigerator, and psychotropic drug room to ensure compliance with sanitary surveillance standards; * Verifies batch numbers of psychotropic and antibiotic medications, confirming alignment between physical stock, system records, and distributor invoices—requesting correction letters when necessary; * Prepares reports of incoming invoices for psychotropic and antibiotic medications; * Cross-checks prescription reports to verify that dispensed medications match prescribed medical instructions, then submits files to the National Controlled Products Management System (SNGPC); * Performs weekly balance checks for psychotropic and antibiotic medications, printing reports from the Back Office system and verifying inventory accuracy; * Conducts monthly reconciliation of these balance reports to identify potential inventory discrepancies for medications and products; * Adjusts discrepancies in order receipts via the system when required; * Administers injectables when assigned to Drogaria Catarinense; * Performs ear piercing using appropriate tools—including piercing guns—when assigned to Drogaria Catarinense. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; * Full availability of working hours; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** **Transportation Voucher** \- A benefit designed to facilitate employees’ commute to their workplace; **Meal Voucher / Food Allowance (Pluxee):** Monthly value of R$ 500.00, with a 20% payroll deduction.
