Job Summary: Bio Meds Brasil is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to contribute to the organization and smooth operation of laboratory processes, performing cleaning, handling, and documentation activities in a laboratory environment. Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing continuous growth and seeks a Laboratory Assistant to join our team and support the organization and efficiency of our processes! If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and have strong communication abilities, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean laminar flow hoods and weigh pharmaceutical raw materials; * Clean and sanitize laboratory materials and utensils; * Clean workbenches in classified areas; * Handle formulations in classified areas; * Complete general documentation; * Operate and clean tablet compression machines; * Operate and clean ampoule filling machines; * Organize and conduct inventory of raw materials and various production warehouse supplies; * Input process data into spreadsheets; * Perform environmental and surface sampling for laboratory monitoring; * Develop and review laboratory-related SOPs; * Train new employees on laboratory equipment and handling procedures; Requirements: **Desirable** * Prior experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or sterilization environments; * Basic knowledge of GMP, autoclave operation, and inventory control will be considered a plus; * Experience in laboratory or pharmaceutical production settings; * Experience handling liquid solutions or formulations; * Basic understanding of sterile processes, cleaning, and organization of production areas; * Experience recording production data will be considered a plus; * Prior exposure to injectable product manufacturing or hospital compounding is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of autoclaves and material sterilization; * Knowledge of cleaning and organizing areas and utensils; * Basic understanding of inventory control or stocktaking; * Prior experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or sterilization environments is a plus. **Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM** **\*30-day training period during regular business hours\*** **Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa \- Florianópolis** Benefits Merit Bonus R$120.00/month \- paid via Flash card Meal/food allowance of R$30.00 per day; (No 20% deduction) Fuel allowance of R$200.00 per month or transportation voucher; (No 6% deduction) Unimed health plan after the sixth month; (Monthly premium covered by the company) SESC card (for you and your family to enjoy discounts across all SESC services nationwide) 50% discount at Cine Paradigma (companion also receives the same discount); Work at Corporate Park — a beautiful, well-planned facility seamlessly integrated with nature; Birthday gift card via Flash for you to enjoy on your special day; Birthday DayOff to celebrate your special day.
