Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing rapid expansion and we are seeking a Pharmaceutical Technician to actively contribute to this growth! Make a difference! Key responsibilities: * Guide and lead the team in performing activities related to the review of solid and liquid products manufactured at Bio Meds Brasil * Monitor the production process regarding batch releases to ensure correct quantity and proper identification. * Inspect and oversee all stages—including integrity testing, review, labeling, and cleaning—ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Verify documentation for processed batches to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of information entered by the team * Develop, review, and deliver training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for department staff * Design and conduct training for the team to consistently and successfully apply Good Manufacturing Practices * Collaborate proactively with Quality and Production teams (solid and liquid dosage forms) to continuously improve processes and promptly and effectively resolve deviations * Maintain external quarantine areas orderly and organized for finished solid and liquid products of Bio Meds Brasil * Guide and ensure proper disposal of products rejected during the review process * Monitor and support the weekly production planning (PCP) of the department based on established targets * Monitor and guide personnel behavior in response to non-conforming results and items; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy **with active CRF registration** * Prior experience of at least three years in the pharmaceutical industry or compounding pharmacy is preferred * Solid knowledge in the relevant field of practice * Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) * Leadership ability * Analytical capability * Knowledge of current legislation * Ability to work with targets * Organizational skills and capacity to manage priorities **Work Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa, Florianópolis\-SC** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 1:12 PM to 11:00 PM**
