Job Summary: We are seeking a Designer professional to create impactful graphic assets that visually and effectively communicate our group's products and brands, ensuring technical proficiency, creative vision, and collaboration in a dynamic environment. We seek a DESIGNER professional to create impactful graphic assets that visually and effectively communicate our group's products and brands. **About the Role:** * You will be responsible for developing flyers, layouts, and artwork for various media and formats, ensuring high aesthetic standards and strategic and visual alignment with the group's brands. This role requires technical proficiency, creative vision, and the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure visual identity and consistency of brands across all materials * Adapt key visuals for different formats and channels * Create catalogs, brochures, labels, packaging, presentations, and more * Develop layouts for exhibition booths, banners, and event/industry fair visual communications * Create endomarketing campaigns and assets * Adapt and deploy the group's brands' visual identities * Prepare files for print and digital output * Review materials to ensure visual integrity and consistency * Create presentations with clarity and visual impact * Ensure correct usage of brands across all communications * Collaborate with the marketing team and creative team * Apply a 360° brand vision, integrated with other communication initiatives **What You Bring:** * Degree in Visual Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, or Graphic Design * Prior experience in this role * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite \- Photoshop and Illustrator \- and Canva * Proven experience creating and adapting graphic assets for offline and online media * Portfolio demonstrating relevant projects ***Compensation and Benefits*** * CAJU flexible card (VA/VR) R$650.00; * Attendance bonus up to R$150.00; * Life and personal accident insurance; * Workplace gymnastics; * Mobility allowance; * Health plan (no monthly fee deduction); * Dental plan; * Childcare assistance; * Pharmacy discount program; * For coffee lovers: unlimited coffee :) * Various celebrations: birthdays, themed months, endomarketing initiatives...
