Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare meals in large volumes, ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Full involvement in food preparation and quality control Production starts at **04:00 AM**, requiring availability for this shift. Candidates with **easy access to the location or their own vehicle** are preferred. **Main Responsibilities:** * Begin daily meal preparation (including on-site and transported lunch) * Prepare food according to menus and technical specifications * Pre-preparation of meats, side dishes, and salads * Cooking and final plating of dishes * Assist in organizing next day's production * Monitor food quality and quantity * Assist in kitchen and team organization * Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations Average Production: * Approximately **500 meals per day (Monday to Friday)** * **30 meals on Saturdays** **Requirements:** * Experience as a **cook** * Experience in **industrial kitchens or corporate restaurants is a plus** * Organization, efficiency, and responsibility * Ability to work effectively in a team **Details:** Salary: R$ 2\.800,00 Meal allowance: R$ 400,00 Fuel assistance Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed elementary school (Mandatory) Experience: * 1 year as a cook?
