Responsibilities: \* Coordinate daily store operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and excellence in customer service \* Lead, develop, and engage the team, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment \* Manage sales targets and performance indicators \* Execute commercial initiatives and experiences that connect customers to Brazilian culture \* Authentically represent the brand’s values and maintain closeness with the public Desired Profile: \* Prior experience in store coordination or similar roles \* Experience in tele-delivery \* Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills \* Organizational ability and results orientation \* Genuine affinity with Brazilian culture, especially music \* Creativity to propose initiatives integrating culture and shopping experience Advantages: \* Involvement in cultural projects, music, or events \* Ability to build connections with diverse audiences \* Innovative mindset and sensitivity toward cultural experiences Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
