




**Job Description:** The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operational and strategic processes of the Human Resources department. Among their main responsibilities are: * Onboarding and training new employees; * Direct support in HR routine tasks, such as hiring, terminations, time tracking, medical certificate recording, vacation, leaves, and benefits; * Document organization and personnel file updates; * Monitoring labor legislation and compliance with internal company policies. **Requirements:** * Proven prior experience in the role; * Completed higher education is a plus (Administration, HR, Accounting or related fields); * Knowledge of eSocial, payroll processing, time tracking, and ancillary obligations; * Good communication skills, ethical conduct, and organizational ability; * Must reside in Canasvieiras or nearby areas (e.g., Vargem Grande, Rio Vermelho, Ingleses). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6x1 (Monday to Saturday); * Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract; * Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications; * Location: Supermercado Magia – Canasvieiras, Florianópolis/SC. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (at affiliated restaurants); * Transportation allowance; * 13th-month salary; * Purchase discount (available after 3 months of employment); * Basic food basket as attendance bonus (starting from the 4th month). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday – Business hours (day shift).
