We are seeking a **Production Assistant** to join our team and directly contribute to the excellence of our products. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in production process activities as directed by leadership; * Feed machines and organize materials required for production; * Perform visual inspection of products to ensure quality standards; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow safety, quality, and internal procedural standards; * Collaborate with the team to foster a positive working environment. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Attention to detail and commitment to quality; * Availability to start immediately; * Organization, responsibility, and willingness to learn; * Industrial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
