We are looking for a results-driven and organized **PCP Assistant** to ensure the efficiency of Presto’s production processes. **Mission:** Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production execution to ensure timely delivery and process efficiency. Analyze procurement needs based on inventory levels and demand forecasts; develop and update production schedules. Conduct data analysis and develop performance indicators, working closely with procurement, production, and logistics departments to optimize resources and achieve established goals. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and targets. * Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams. * Ensure the reliability of planning and control information. * Implement corrective actions and improvements in PCP processes. * Generate production orders. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Completed or currently pursuing (final semesters) a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of ERP/MR and/or OEE/Lead Time; * Experience in inventory management is a plus; Power BI knowledge is a plus. * **Benefits** * Hazardous work allowance * Attendance bonus * Meal/Voucher allowance: R$ 25.00 per working day * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Mobility assistance or transportation voucher * Partnership with Pratique Academy * Telemedicine services * AEMFLO Health Plan * Fresh fruits available every Thursday * Commemorative gifts * June Festival and Year-End Party Work Location: R.
