### **JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Electronic Security Operational Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and effectiveness of the company's electronic security services. This professional will supervise daily operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients.
**Team Supervision:**
Supervise operational teams involved in monitoring electronic security systems, including CCTV, alarms, access control, and others.
Ensure teams are adequately trained and equipped to perform their functions efficiently and safely.
Allocate human and material resources effectively, prioritizing service demands and ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
**Operational Management:**
Plan, organize, and control daily operations, ensuring all activities are carried out according to technical standards and internal procedures.
Monitor operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with security regulations, technical standards, and company policies across all operations.
Client Relationship:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs and expectations are met efficiently.
Supervise problem and emergency resolution, ensuring rapid and effective responses to minimize impact on clients.
Conduct regular client visits to assess satisfaction with services provided and identify opportunities for improvement.
Quality Control:
Implement and monitor quality control programs to ensure all electronic security system procedures are executed efficiently and as planned.
Conduct periodic audits of services rendered, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality and safety standards.
Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and proposing improvements to operational processes.
**Resource and Logistics Management:**
Supervise logistics related to equipment movement and transportation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to work sites.
Reports and Communication:
Prepare detailed operational reports for management, including performance indicators, project status, and relevant incidents.
Communicate\-effectively with all organizational levels, providing clear and constructive feedback to both team members and management.
### **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**Education:** Technical or Higher Education degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Security Management, or related fields.
**Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational supervision within the electronic security field, preferably with team management experience.
**Technical Skills:**
Advanced knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control, and other electronic security systems.
Ability to interpret and apply technical standards and security regulations.
Familiarity with operational management and quality control software.
**Competencies:**
Leadership and ability to coordinate multifunctional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Others: Driver's license category B, availability to work flexible hours, and willingness to travel as required.
