We seek people who question, propose solutions, and help evolve both product and team. **About the Role** We are expanding our technology team and looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to build modern, scalable products with strong application of Artificial Intelligence in development and delivered solutions. You will join a team evolving platform architecture—integrating services, automating processes, and leveraging AI to accelerate productivity and deliver competitive differentiation. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular; * Contribute to architectural evolution (APIs, microservices, integrations); * Design and consume REST APIs; * Drive continuous improvement of code quality, performance, and scalability; * Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design teams; * Apply AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and code analysis; * Promote engineering best practices (Clean Code, testing, version control); * Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making. **Required Qualifications** Backend * Experience with Java 8+ * Spring Boot (MVC, Security) * REST API development * Hibernate / JPA * SQL Server and NoSQL databases * Maven or Gradle * Git Frontend * Experience with Angular * TypeScript * HTML5 and CSS3 (SASS is a plus) * REST API consumption * RxJS **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with microservices; * Exposure to scalable architecture; * Practical experience applying AI in development; * Knowledge of automated testing; * Cloud experience (AWS or similar); * Experience with distributed applications; * Kafka, SQS; * Observability (logs, metrics, tracing); * GoLang; * AWS Lambda and serverless architectures; * Clean Code, Clean Architecture, SOLID, DDD, CQRS. **What We Seek** * Hands-on profile with a mindset of continuous improvement * Problem-solving ability and willingness to question decisions * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Passion for technology, innovation, and constant learning * Alignment with our values and culture **Work Model** * 100% remote * Availability to work during business hours (Brazil) * Engagement model: PJ (individual contractor) * Compensation to be negotiated
