




**JOB INFORMATION** * **Position:** Logistics Assistant * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00; Saturdays, 08:30 to 12:00 (on alternate weeks) * **Number of Openings:** 1 **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach; * Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding service progress; * Manage incidents and claims, proposing alternatives to minimize impact; * Register, track, and close cases in the system until resolution; * Serve as the liaison between customers and internal company departments; * Support processes related to insurance and transportation documentation; * Analyze after-sales performance results and suggest process improvements; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and present performance indicators; * Perform other duties pertinent to the role. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or Logistics; * Experience in customer service within the logistics field; * Knowledge of quality and satisfaction indicator analysis; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Communicative, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **SALARY** * To be negotiated **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance: R$ 21.00 per day — Flash Card; * Bradesco Health Insurance — 100% covered for the employee after probation period; * Transportation voucher — no 6% deduction; * Birthday day off; * On-site cafeteria; * Parking available; * Uniform provided.
