We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to work in the **São José/SC region**! **Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform food pre\-preparation and preparation, as well as assemble side dishes and arrange utensils. Receive and inspect purchased food supplies. Prepare and sanitize the kitchen and/or pantry before operations begin. Clean the kitchen, pantry, and/or cold room at pre\-determined intervals. Measure temperatures of food items exposed for consumption and record them accordingly. Prepare and distribute coffee and/or tea to various company departments at scheduled times, and collect thermal bottles after use. Prepare beverages and food for meetings according to the meeting schedule. Clean the dining area, tables, and counters. **Required Qualifications:** – Completed high school education. **Additional Information:** Working hours: 5:30 AM to 1:50 PM; rotating shift schedule 6×1.
