Job Summary: The professional will monitor and track delivery processes, prepare reports, use logistics systems, and interact with various stakeholders to ensure efficiency and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and tracking of delivery processes and routes 2. Preparation of reports and use of logistics systems 3. Communication and interaction with various stakeholders involved in the process * Submit daily delivery tracking reports to Management and Clients * Liaise with suppliers, clients, and drivers to meet delivery requirements * Monitor the delivery process, track routes, and intervene to resolve transportation and cargo-related issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; use of spreadsheets, software, and logistics systems for information control, report preparation, and decision-making * Develop strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders in the logistics process * Ability to efficiently organize documents, information, and workflow * Be organized * Be punctual Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
