**About the opportunity:** We are seeking a **Senior Intern** to work in the **Technical Support** area, supporting customer service for Dígitro’s solutions deployed at client sites. This position is ideal for students who wish to develop practical knowledge in technology—especially in telephony, networking, and systems—within a collaborative and continuously learning environment. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for Dígitro’s solutions deployed at client sites, documenting all actions taken in service tickets; * Engage certified technicians for on-site visits, overseeing equipment replacements, operations, and testing; * Request shipment of spare parts required to resolve previously assessed defects; * Clarify operational and functional questions regarding the solutions; * Identify client needs and forward business opportunities to the commercial department; * Forward product-related requests to the laboratory; * Apply available patches and updates; * Interact with internal company departments, such as logistics, commercial, and others. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related fields**; * Knowledge of **digital telephony** and **VoIP (SIP protocol)**; * Familiarity with **networking**, including routing analysis and packet capture; * Knowledge of **PC hardware** (motherboard, memory, processors, HDD, etc.); * Basic knowledge of **databases** (Postgres and DB2) and **SQL language**; * Familiarity with **web application hosting** (Java/Tomcat); * Knowledge of **Linux**, including command-line usage via SSH terminal. **Preferred qualifications:** * Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships; * Interest in continuous learning and professional development in the technology field. **Work schedule and location:** On-site at Dígitro’s headquarters, located in the Capoeiras neighborhood, Florianópolis/SC. 30-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
