Our Store Assistant is responsible for: Customer service; Cashier duties; Store and inventory organization; Item curation and labeling; Opening and closing the cash register; Recording expenses in the system; Processing sales made during in-store activities such as dropix and live streams; Responding to customers contacting via WhatsApp; Handling returns and issuing vouchers for customers; Reserving items upon customer request; Delivering online purchases picked up in-store; Managing and maintaining the store’s mobile phone, ensuring constant attention to it; Supporting ad-hoc daily operational needs. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM (Saturdays on an alternating schedule). Address: Av.
