This role reports directly to the Director of IT and Digital and plays a central role in ensuring the stability, security, and evolution of the company’s technology foundation — guaranteeing availability across more than 100 stores and mission-critical business systems. * Lead IT infrastructure operations, including colocation and virtualization (VMware) * Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of environments supporting stores, digital channels, and financial systems * Manage and evolve connectivity architecture, focusing on SD\-WAN for over 100 locations * Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent outages and critical incidents * Strengthen the Information Security function by evolving controls, practices, risk management, and incident response * Manage the IT asset lifecycle, ensuring control, compliance, and efficiency * Lead end-user support operations through the Service Desk Coordinator, ensuring service levels, SLAs, and service quality * Develop and manage the technical team, ensuring growth, organization, and accountability * Manage infrastructure and telecom vendors and strategic partners * Define and monitor operational KPIs (availability, incidents, response time, productivity) * Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on standardization, automation, and operational efficiency **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in IT infrastructure within medium-to-large-scale environments * Experience with datacenter environments using colocation models and virtualization (VMware or similar) * Experience with corporate networks and distributed environments (SD\-WAN or equivalent) * Knowledge of Information Security (governance, controls, and practices) * Experience managing support operations and Service Desk * Experience managing IT assets and technology vendors * Experience in retail, financial services, or distributed operations is a plus **Operational Scope** * Over 100 connected locations * Hybrid environment with colocation datacenter and external integrations * Mission-critical operations with direct impact on sales and customer experience * Integration with retail systems, digital channels, and financial services **Additional Information** Important details you should know: **Where will I work?** Corporate office in Greater Florianópolis/SC, adjacent to Shopping Itaguaçu. **What is the work modality?** On-site **What are my working hours?** From 08:30 to 18:33, with a 01:15 lunch break, Monday through Friday. **What benefits and partnerships are offered?** Meal voucher or food allowance (Alelo); Transportation voucher; Studio Z store discount program; Profit-sharing plan (PLR, annual); Gym and studio partnership (TotalPass); Telemedicine (Salvia); Sesc national agreement.
