If you have experience in financial routines, enjoy working with organization, accuracy, and technology, and wish to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this opportunity may be right for you. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Performing bank reconciliations and financial entries in the TOTVS PROTHEUS ERP system. * Managing outstanding receivables, bank returns, and delinquency. * Managing expense cash flow, credit cards, fees, and tax obligations. * Supporting event result analysis and controlling consumption-related expenses. * Entering invoices, bills, and payments. * Tracking enrollment submissions and receipts. * Preparing financial reports and supporting departmental decision-making. **What we expect from you:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * **Proven experience with the TOTVS PROTHEUS ERP system** (essential requirement). * Knowledge of financial routines (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, reporting). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and computer applications. * Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail and proactivity. * Residency in the Greater Florianópolis area/SC. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunity for continuous professional development.
