To achieve this, we need a commercially oriented leader with energy, strategic vision, and proven execution capability. **The Challenge** ------------- We are looking for a **“boots-on-the-ground” Commercial Manager**, highly energetic, execution-focused, and possessing strong leadership skills, to manage a team of approximately **20 people**, including pre-sales and sales (closers), while also overseeing the following channels: * Resellers (B2B) * Corporate (enterprises) * Strategic events This is a moment of **restructuring and accelerated growth**. We need someone who can step in, organize, structure, and elevate the commercial operation. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Lead and develop the commercial team (pre-sales and sales) * Structure processes, goals, rituals, and performance indicators * Instill a high-performance, energetic culture within the team * Strategically drive corporate channel expansion * Monitor and accelerate reseller results * Develop and propose the team’s variable compensation model * Support the future structuring of commercial coordinations * Collaborate with executive leadership to build the growth strategy **Profile We Seek** ----------------------- * **Hands-on**, execution-oriented profile with strong leadership presence * High energy, sense of urgency, and results focus * Solid B2B sales experience * Prior experience leading commercial teams (ideally 15+ people) * Experience in high-performance companies (e.g., G4, V4, or companies with strong sales cultures) * Experience managing aggressive targets and rapid growth * Ability to structure teams and processes during periods of change * Strategic vision combined with strong operational involvement **Differentiators:** * Experience managing multiple channels (resellers \+ corporate) * Experience using events as an acquisition channel * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency **Contract Model** ------------------------- * **PJ (Individual Entrepreneur)** * Fixed salary between **R$12\.000 and R$15\.000** (depending on seniority) * Aggressive variable compensation tied to goals and performance **Location** --------------- Preferably **Florianópolis/SC**, with willingness to relocate.
