We are seeking a communicative, organized, and proactive professional to provide in-person and telephone customer service at the clinic, delivering an excellent experience to patients and directly contributing to the unit's results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and direct patients with courtesy and professionalism;
* Provide in-person, telephone, and digital-channel customer service;
* Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments;
* Present and sell clinic contracts and services;
* Monitor goals and performance indicators;
* Perform daily administrative routines and internal processes;
* Maintain office organization and support team requests;
* Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies or high-demand situations.
Requirements:
* Completed high school education;
* Minimum of 1 year and 6 months of experience in active sales, prospecting, and goal achievement;
* Experience in customer service and administrative/human resources functions;
* Basic knowledge of Word and Excel;
* Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to work under pressure;
* Influential, dynamic, organized, and results-oriented profile.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Work Schedule:
* Monday to Friday: **12:00 PM to 9:00 PM**, with a 1-hour break;
* **Saturdays on rotating schedule.**
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary: R$ 2.632,02
