We are seeking a **Fleet Analyst** to perform the following responsibilities: * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles and equipment; * Oversee maintenance activities at workshops (contact service providers); * Estimate, authorize, and forward maintenance requests to workshops; * Submit procurement requests and obtain quotations, if necessary; * Prepare cost/maintenance-specific reports; * Issue service orders; * Arrange vehicle rentals, when required; * Report traffic accidents; * Verify vehicles on the tracking platform (updates); * Manage scheduling via the tracking platform; * Prepare technician visit reports; * Generate speed reports. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Driver's license Category C; * Proven experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of vehicles with Otto-cycle and diesel-cycle engines (including differentials, gearboxes, cooling systems, and suspension springs); * Availability for occasional travel; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in vehicle maintenance. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance/meal voucher of R$35.00 per working day (not deducted from payroll); * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy (not deducted from payroll); * Common area for rest; * Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator; * Free parking; * Life insurance of R$8.33 (deducted from payroll). **Working Hours:** * Monday through Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00.
