We value initiative-taking, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always focusing on safety, quality, and deadlines—without bureaucracy. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop the PQO (Project Quality Plan) and monitor its continuous alignment and implementation across construction sites. * Develop and monitor the PI (Inspection Plan), ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Manage verifications of services and materials controlled by the QMS, including defining which services require control, sampling of FVS and FVM forms, and inspection/validation of verifications. * Collaborate with engineering/design teams to identify production process interferences caused by insufficient detailing, and propose improvements to ensure product quality. * Engage teams in handling and analyzing Non-Conformities recorded in FVS forms, and drive corrective and preventive actions. * Review existing technical procedures to ensure compliance with current standards and promote continuous improvement. * Execute processes according to ISO certification requirements and monitor external audits. * Collect and manage all documentation required for delivery of the project’s Data Book. * Co-develop, together with the Design department, the Project’s Operation and Maintenance Manual. * Monitor area deliveries and develop checklists for client validation.
