Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant for a Mexican restaurant, responsible for following preparation checklists, organizing ingredients, measuring seasonings, preparing food, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized while complying with hygiene standards. Immediate Hiring Salary: R$2146.00 paid via payroll Transportation allowance: R$300.00 Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on performance targets (three targets per period; at least one is always achieved), increasing income by R$200 to R$800. Responsibilities: Follow chefs' preparation checklists to plan tasks Label and store all ingredients on shelves for easy organization and access Measure ingredients and seasonings required for dishes Prepare culinary ingredients by washing and cutting vegetables, meats, etc. Perform basic tasks such as reducing sauces, boiling food, etc. Prepare simple dishes such as salads, appetizers, etc. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc. Ensure all food and other items are stored correctly Comply with nutrition and hygiene standards Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant Knowledge of health and safety standards in the kitchen Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure High school diploma or equivalent is desirable Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.146,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
