In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills, teamwork abilities, agility, and organizational capabilities. **Key responsibilities:** * Provide operational support to the Supervisor and Analyst in executing and monitoring projects, with special focus on construction works and internal process improvements. * Conduct activity inspections, budget control, material organization, and procedure documentation to ensure project efficiency and compliance. **Mandatory qualifications for this position:** * Familiarity with reading project drawings and performing basic measurements. * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans (architecture, electrical, plumbing, mechanical). * Basic AutoCAD usage for consultation and measurements. * Excel (data entry, simple formulas, spreadsheet management). * Basic knowledge of fieldwork safety practices. * Currently enrolled in or graduated from: Building Technician / Project Management Technician / Administration Technician. Requirements: **The following knowledge will be considered an advantage for this position:** * Basic understanding of building installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems). * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Planner). * Basic understanding of construction cost estimation and quantity take-offs. * Knowledge of technical standards applicable to construction and renovation projects (NRs, ABNT). * Basic knowledge of quality control and technical documentation. **Important personal attributes for this position:** * Experience in construction sites, building maintenance, or technical support (internship or field-based roles accepted). * Basic experience in service monitoring, simple measurements, and material control. * Participation in support activities for engineering, maintenance, or facilities teams. * Desirable experience in organizing documents, spreadsheets, and technical records.
