




A real estate company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for on-site work, focusing on administrative and operational tasks related to real estate documentation and interaction with notary offices and public agencies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with real estate processes—particularly those involving title transfer, registration, and document control. **Key Responsibilities** Direct involvement in the regularization of real estate purchase and sale transactions; monitoring and organizing real estate documentation; communication and procedural handling with notary offices; processing utility account transfers (e.g., CELESC, CASAN, and Municipal Government); allocation and control of property-related expenses; issuance of ITBI tax forms; and tracking municipal and state-level procedures. Additionally, the role includes organizing basic administrative and financial controls to ensure accurate information flow. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience with notary office routines, real estate agencies, or condominium management—including practical knowledge of real estate registrations, deeds, certificates, and documentary procedures. * Familiarity with ITBI form issuance and other municipal tax forms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ease of use with online systems of public agencies. **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience handling comprehensive real estate documentation—including purchase, sale, and title transfer—as well as experience working in real estate companies or condominium management firms. **Benefits** Meal allowance of BRL 30.00 per day; transportation allowance (no payroll deduction); pharmacy, dental clinic, and educational institution discounts; life insurance; breakfast; monthly social events; and access to SESC services and activities. **Employment Details** CLT employment contract; work schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; on-site work at the downtown Florianópolis office.
