As a **Procurement Analyst**, you will be responsible for planning and executing the procurement strategy for construction materials, managing suppliers, conducting high-complexity commercial and contractual negotiations, and administering contracts—with emphasis on efficiency, cost reduction, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** * Define procurement strategies (e.g., catalog-based purchases, spot purchases, auctions, packages, or other modalities as required by market supplier conditions and/or demand). * Demonstrate strong negotiation skills for Category A inputs (e.g., concrete, steel...). * Participate in defining technical specifications jointly with Engineering, Procurement, and Budget teams. * Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative materials. * Receive and analyze material, service, and equipment requisitions. * Prepare and issue RFI/RFQ/RFP documents for supplier quotations. * Lead commercial and contractual negotiations (delivery timelines, pricing, payment terms, guarantees). * Ensure adherence to delivery schedules aligned with project timelines. * Populate procurement management reports and dashboards. * Register, qualify, and evaluate suppliers (quality, timeliness, performance history). * Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers. * Conduct technical visits and audits at supplier facilities. * Resolve conflicts (e.g., execution delays, invoice discrepancies, etc.). * Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Legal departments. * Participate in construction planning meetings to align requirements and schedules. * Support field teams in material substitution and technical equivalency assessments. * Identify suppliers adhering to ESG practices and offering sustainable materials. * Evaluate innovative solutions that reduce waste and increase productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Time management, self-management, quick reasoning, flexibility, proactivity, resilience, persistence, dynamism, strategic vision, strong communication skills, negotiation ability. **Additional Information** Here you’ll find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
