Magno Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Leasing Assistant to support property management, including monitoring reports, contracts, and relationships with real estate agencies.

Magno Group is a holding company operating in civil construction, hospitality, and leasing, experiencing continuous growth. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and relationship-savvy **Leasing Assistant** to support the management of the group’s properties.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Monitor real estate agencies’ financial reporting, verifying rental amounts, discounts, reimbursements, commissions, brokerage fees, capital calls, fire insurance, reserve funds, and other items.
* Receive and request bills (e.g., condominium fees, internet, electricity), forward them for payment, archive them on the network, and track the process with the accounting department.
* Verify reports of leased units submitted by real estate agencies and update the unit control spreadsheet.
* Request delinquency reports (rental and condominium) from real estate agencies/property managers and verify contractual measures for debt resolution.
* Monitor receipt of new lease agreements and addenda, verify contents, update the control spreadsheet, and save documents in the correct folders.
* Monitor notices and vacancies, update the spreadsheet, and verify—during fund disbursement—whether the termination payment is accurate.
* Prepare cost estimates with suppliers and service providers, register purchase orders, and submit them for payment as required.
* Maintain daily communication with real estate agencies to ensure alignment and continuous information flow.
* Verify condominium fee allocations related to leased and sold units and forward them for payment.
* Manage and submit payments for IPTU (urban property tax) and garbage collection fees for all group properties.
* Conduct site inspections at group developments, when necessary.
* Send maintenance and expense reports generated by Sienge to short-stay real estate agencies.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Real Estate Management, Accounting, or related fields is preferred).
* Prior experience in administrative, financial, or leasing/real estate operations.
* Proficiency in Excel and ability to organize control spreadsheets.
* Aptitude for using systems (experience with management systems such as Sienge or similar is preferred).
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in real estate agencies, condominium management companies, or leasing operations.
* Basic knowledge of lease agreements and financial reporting routines.
