Help shape the future of design at Portobello Shop! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Credit and Market Analysis (Hybrid Focus: B2B \& B2C):** Conduct economic and financial analysis and grant credit to internal market customers per current corporate credit policy. Strategically assess and mitigate credit risk in the corporate segment (**B2B**) by analyzing balance sheets, income statements, risk ratings, and governance of approval authorities; and in the retail segment (**B2C**). Retail experience is a competitive advantage. * **Advance Operations:** Structure and monitor advance operations, ensuring guarantees and commercial terms are aligned to mitigate risks while maintaining agility and fluidity in store and direct sales channel operations. * **Financial Analysis:** Perform vertical/horizontal analysis of balance sheets, income statements, and key financial indicators (liquidity, leverage, EBITDA, inventory turnover, etc.) for medium- and large-sized customers. * **Approval Authority and Releases:** Evaluate and decide on releasing sales orders held due to credit constraints, strictly adhering to operational approval limits. * **Indicator Management:** Collect data and support the development and maintenance of Credit Department KPIs (approval rate, risk rating, credit exposure vs. credit limit). * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify bottlenecks in the analysis workflow and propose improvements to increase efficiency in the credit granting process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields. * Experience in credit analysis, credit risk, or finance-related roles. * Knowledge of financial statement analysis (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). * Familiarity with credit policies, limit setting, risk ratings, and approval authority frameworks. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical, organized profile with strong decision-making ability. **Additional Information** **What We Offer Portobello Lovers:** * Medical and dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Vacation bonus; * Pharmacy allowance; * Assistance for dependents with disabilities; * Wellhub (wellness platform); * Birthday day off; * Discount on Portobello products; * Discount network — partnerships with various institutions; * Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Aprende Shop (online learning platform); * Professional Training and Development Programs. **Work Location:** Florianópolis/SC. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:48 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
