Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Procurement Analyst with strong negotiation skills to work in a fast-paced operational environment handling technical procurement for civil construction and building maintenance. Supplier and service provider negotiation and management. Cassol is looking for a **Procurement Analyst** to join our team and contribute to the efficiency of the company’s operations and projects! We seek professionals who are dynamic, proactive, and possess strong negotiation skills; who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience in technical procurement for civil construction, building maintenance, and service contracting. **Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:** * Lead procurement processes for materials and services related to civil construction and building maintenance; * Conduct tenders, commercial negotiations, and proposal evaluations; * Manage supplier and service provider contracting and performance; * Provide technical support to requesting departments during scope definition; * Interpret technical specifications and requirements; * Negotiate maintenance, construction, and recurring service contracts; * Ensure agility in contracting while maintaining commercial and documentary control; * Perform continuous follow-up with suppliers and internal departments; * Identify technical and commercial alternatives to optimize cost, schedule, and quality; * Execute procurement processes using an ERP system. **Requirements:** * Experience in procurement for building maintenance, civil construction, or facilities; * Experience negotiating technical contracts and service agreements; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in multi-site operations; * Experience with procurement ERP systems, preferably TOTVS RM or similar; * Critical and consultative approach when supporting internal departments; * Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous demands; * Proactive in identifying operational and commercial solutions. **Job Location:** São José/SC – Kobrasol neighborhood Send us your resume!
