Development of management controls and reports in Excel Cassol is looking for a **Fixed Asset Control Analyst** to join our team and support the organization and reliability of the company's fixed asset processes! We seek organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with information control, inventories, and fixed asset tracking in a dynamic, multi-site operational environment. **Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:** * Perform physical and systemic control of the company’s fixed assets; * Execute asset inventories in stores, distribution centers, and administrative areas; * Monitor movements, transfers, write-offs, and regularization of assets; * Ensure timely updates and reliability of fixed asset information; * Develop management controls and reports in Excel; * Validate information across operational areas, accounting, and ERP systems; * Identify physical, systemic, and documentary discrepancies; * Support internal and external audits related to fixed assets; * Track regularization activities and pending items with internal departments; * Support continuous improvement and standardization of fixed asset processes. **Requirements:** * Experience in fixed asset control, inventory, or fixed asset management; * Advanced Excel skills; * Analytical and organized profile; * Experience in physical fixed asset control and asset movement tracking; * ERP experience, preferably TOTVS RM and Gemco; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal departments; * Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or multi-site operations; * Proactive profile with strong follow-up orientation; * Ability to work with multiple controls and databases; * Attention to detail and inconsistencies; * Interest in continuous improvement and process organization.
