Job Summary: Experienced janitorial professional with expertise in cleaning, building maintenance, electrical systems, and plumbing, to work in a condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Professional cleaning services for indoor and outdoor areas 2. Knowledge and execution of building, electrical, and plumbing repairs 3. Condominium janitorial activities Must reside in Palhoça and have access to bus lines reaching Passeio da Pedra Branca; preference given to candidates living near the Pedra Branca neighborhood. Preference for candidates with personal transportation. Main Responsibilities: Adherence to condominium cleaning schedules (e.g., checklist for common areas), execution of professional cleaning in indoor/outdoor areas (cleaning, washing, painting, repairs, etc.), knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, knowledge and execution of repairs—building-related, electrical, plumbing—as well as other janitorial services. Workplace: Reserva da Pedra Condominium. Working Hours: 12x36 shift schedule, 07:00–19:00, with a 1-hour break. Alternate shifts in July.
