Focus on quality and food safety standards * Produce cakes, pies, desserts, sweets, and other bakery items according to company standards. * Prepare doughs, fillings, toppings, and decorations. * Strictly follow technical specifications, recipes, and quality standards. * Monitor expiration dates, storage, and preservation of raw materials and finished products. * Maintain workplace and equipment organization, cleanliness, and hygiene. * Comply with good manufacturing practices and food safety regulations. * Assist in inventory control and proper usage of raw materials. * Work collaboratively, maintaining effective communication with the production and customer service departments.
