We seek professionals who are committed, passionate about innovation, and eager to grow alongside challenging and transformative projects. **Responsibilities** * Demonstrate strong technical leadership skills, providing expert guidance to resolve complex challenges; * Analyze and evaluate artifacts submitted by systems analysts, considering impact, architecture, business layer, data access layer, and user interface; * Perform unit testing, code components, and identify opportunities for reuse; * Develop requested requirements according to specifications prepared by systems analysts and business analysts, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications; * Correct and adjust requirement discrepancies, improving final product quality; * Strictly follow the company’s development process, applying current standards and best practices in the field; * Assist and guide less experienced developers, promoting dissemination of software development standards and best practices; * Validate tasks performed by other developers, ensuring compliance with requirements and product quality. **Requirements** * Solid experience in Java development; * Experience with Spring Boot; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields; * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Knowledge of relational databases; * Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers; * Experience with version control tools such as Git; * Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively; **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 (with a 1-hour break) * Contract Type: CLT or PJ (negotiable) * Work Model: On-site during the probation period.
