We are looking for a Senior HR Analyst to contribute to people development, organizational culture strengthening, and HR process structuring. The company is located at Alcântara Business Center. We seek an organized, communicative professional with an analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, strategic vision, and experience in HR processes. **About the Opportunity** The professional will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s HR processes, focusing on recruitment and selection, new employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and leadership support. They will also help organize internal HR department processes, contributing to continuous improvement, culture strengthening, and team development. **Responsibilities** * Manage recruitment and selection processes for administrative, commercial, and operational positions. * Align candidate profiles with managers. * Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide feedback. * Lead new employee admission and onboarding processes. * Monitor probation periods and new employees’ development. * Support managers on people management-related requests. * Plan and monitor training and development initiatives. * Organize internal communications, campaigns, and endomarketing activities. * Support performance evaluation, organizational climate, and engagement initiatives. * Track HR department KPIs. * Assist in developing and updating internal policies, procedures, and processes. * Collaborate with the Payroll Department as needed. **Prerequisites** * Prior experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Analyst. * Experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and employee follow-up. * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. * Proficiency with systems and digital tools. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication skills, organization, and planning ability. * Analytical, proactive profile with results orientation. **Differentiators** * Experience in the real estate market. * Experience in training and development. * Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools (application and interpretation). * Experience with HR metrics and climate management. * Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment platforms. **Job Details** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), on-site. * Working hours: 44 hours per week. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy. * Uniform. * Gympass. * Rest room. * SESC program. * Birthday day off. * Free psychotherapy sessions. * Free nutritionist consultations. * Access to health insurance at reduced cost. * Daily fresh fruits and snacks.
