If you are organized, proactive, and eager to develop your HR skills, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and Selection: Job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. * Onboarding: Document collection and verification, system data entry, and support for new employee integration. * Onboarding: Monitoring the orientation process for new employees to ensure a positive onboarding experience. * Time Tracking Management: Monthly electronic time clock closing, adjustment of time entries, and guidance to employees. * Vacation Management: Scheduling vacation periods, tracking vacation requests, and system record updates. * Benefits Administration: Enrolling and removing employees from health plans, transportation allowances, meal vouchers, and other benefits. * Internal Event Coordination: Supporting internal marketing initiatives, commemorative dates, and corporate events. * Termination and Offboarding: Managing offboarding procedures, organizing documentation, and submitting information to Payroll. * Payroll Processing: Submitting monthly data (e.g., medical certificates, deductions, benefits, etc.) to Accounting for payroll closing. * Performance Feedback and Evaluations: Monitoring probationary periods, organizing evaluation cycles, collecting feedback, and supporting managers in employee development processes. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity for learning and professional development; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
