Conduct candidate profile alignment sessions and monitor recruitment and selection KPIs Responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, focusing on high-volume operational and administrative positions. The core challenge is to fill vacancies within the agreed *SLA*, maintaining technical quality and cultural alignment. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection for positions at various levels, with emphasis on high-volume operational roles; * Ensure full vacancy management—from initial screening through to final hiring; * Conduct candidate profile alignment sessions with managers across departments to understand technical and behavioral requirements; * Conduct competency-based interviews, group dynamics, and behavioral assessments; * Monitor recruitment and selection KPIs (e.g., SLA for closing positions, hiring quality, and turnover); * Identify and propose improvements to attraction channels and sourcing methods to optimize time-to-fill. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in high-volume recruitment and selection; * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques; * Intermediate Excel proficiency for KPI analysis and results reporting.
