The company is dedicated to helping other organizations achieve their strategic goals through customized solutions. **Responsibilities:** Implement pages and components based on functional requirements, UX documents (flows/wireframes), and UI handoffs. Ensure flawless responsiveness (mobile-first), accessibility (WCAG), semantic HTML, and on-page SEO (heading structure, meta tags, schema where applicable). Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/TTI): images, fonts, JS/CSS, preload/prefetch, and lazy-loading. Maintain coding standards and create reusable components to reduce rework. Collaborate with UX on technical feasibility, micro-interactions, and data-driven adjustments (heatmaps, scroll behavior, CTR). Document technical decisions (READMEs, comments, migration notes) and contribute to a mini front-end design system (tokens, helpers, component patterns). Previous experience as a Web Programmer, Software Engineer, Front-end Developer, or Back-end Developer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
