Description: * Completed Technical Nursing Course * Active COREN/SC registration * Availability for a 12x36-hour shift position (on-call); * Knowledge of the Tasy System is desirable, preferably, along with computer literacy; * Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, SpO₂, temperature). * Perform strict fluid balance monitoring. * Assist with hygiene, comfort, and repositioning. * Administer oxygen therapy according to prescription. * Assess level of consciousness and document changes. * Prepare and administer medications via IV, oral, IM, and SC routes, in accordance with prescriptions and protocols. * Operate infusion pumps (when certified and trained). * Document adverse effects and report them to nursing staff and the medical team. * Care for central venous catheters, peripheral catheters, urinary catheters, drains, and other tubes. * Assist with airway suctioning (tracheal, orotracheal, or tracheostomy tube). * Provide care for non-invasive ventilation (NIV) and assist with invasive mechanical ventilation, always under nurse supervision. * Monitor multiparametric monitors and infusion pumps. * Collect specimens for laboratory tests (urine, stool, sputum; blood when permitted by institutional protocol). * Perform simple dressings and assist with complex ones. * Maintain skin integrity and prevent pressure injuries. * Document all care provided in the patient’s medical record. * Immediately report any clinical changes to the nurse. * Participate in shift handovers. * Assist in emergency procedures (CPR, intubation, resuscitation), within the legal scope of practice. * Prepare and organize emergency supplies (crash cart, airway equipment, medications). * Adhere to hospital infection prevention protocols. * Ensure correct patient identification and prescription verification. * Guarantee organization and disinfection of materials and equipment. * Work under supervision and guidance of the nurse. * Collaborate with physiotherapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. * Contribute to humanized care for patients and their families. 2512140202201920304
