**Job Objective:** NETWORK SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION (CLT) **Job Responsibilities and Activities:** * Provide support to users (end customers and IT departments) via service desk platform; * Log tickets/calls via phone, chat, or email; * Manage and configure security rules and traffic inspection; * Administer Fortinet and Mikrotik environments; * Participate in projects aimed at improving and optimizing network architecture; * Continuously monitor network health; * Manage VLANs, QoS, and trunking; * Record and document incidents, resolutions, and detailed routine procedures; * Configure ports, network segmentation, and traffic monitoring; * Administer UniFi, Ruijie, Ruckus, and Aruba environments (switches and APs); * Analyze and resolve network issues; * Firewall rules, QoS/Traffic Shaping, Site-to-Client and Site-to-Site VPN (IPSec/SSL), NAT/Port Forwarding, DMZ. **Preferred Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks or in Information Technology-related fields; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Fortinet NSE4 certification; * MTCNA certification; * Advanced Wi-Fi knowledge (standards, protocols, radio concepts, design); * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Fortinet; * Knowledge of security policies, VPNs (IPSec, SSL), NAT, and routing; * Experience integrating FortiGate into complex environments and with other security solutions; * Technical English proficiency; * Customer support via phone and Help/Service Desk tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work from 8 AM to 6 PM, including Saturdays when required (e.g., training). **Desirable Certifications:** CCNA, MTCRE, NSE6 to NSE8, HCIA, UEWA, UWA, UBWS, UFSP, URSCA **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 31 per working day; * Bradesco Health Plan – Company covers 80%; * Life Insurance; * Remote Work Allowance: BRL 206.
