**Job Opening: Financial Manager** **Job Mission** Be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the finance department, ensuring control, predictability, and efficiency. Create, standardize, and update processes to drive continuous improvement, supporting decision-making with robust data and a long-term vision. **Key Responsibilities** \- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring organization and cash flow predictability. \- Plan and monitor Cash Flow (short- and medium-term). \- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial performance improvement. \- Prepare the monthly Management Income Statement (DRE), analyzing variances and proposing adjustments. \- Analyze and monitor key metrics such as: Fixed and variable costs, contribution margin, operating profit, and net profit. \- Analyze taxes on services under different tax regimes (Simples, Presumido, Real). \- Manage and negotiate loans and funding, aligned with business needs. \- Maintain active relationships with banks, accountants, legal advisors, and other strategic partners. \- Lead and develop the finance team. \- Support branches with operational queries, especially regarding billing and accounts receivable. \- Structure and update financial processes and routines, pursuing efficiency and transparency. **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. \- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Controllership, or related areas is a plus. \- Solid experience in financial management, particularly in multi-unit environments (retail experience is a plus). \- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems. \- Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and strategic vision. \- Leadership abilities, results orientation, and ease in engaging with external partners.
