Will support team development and training **Position: Junior Commercial Supervisor** **Location:** São José – Serraria District **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, during business hours We are seeking a Junior Commercial Supervisor to join our team. The professional will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the sales team, monitoring targets and KPIs, developing commercial strategies, conducting client visits, and contributing to the growth of departmental results. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor the sales team's performance; Assist in defining and tracking targets; Prepare reports and analyze performance indicators; Ensure adherence to the company's commercial strategies and policies; Support team development and training. **Requirements:** Completed bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); Prior experience in commercial roles; Personal vehicle; Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting; Strong communication skills and ability to conduct internal and external meetings. **Compensation:** Fixed salary of R$ 3.580,67; Commission; Bonus for achieved targets. **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 730.00 (no payroll deduction); Fuel allowance: R$ 270.00 (no payroll deduction); Birthday day off (one paid leave); Dental plan after probation period (at no cost to the employee); Health insurance subsidy after probation period; On-site parking.
