Team-based work to ensure product quality **Position: Production Assistant** City: Tijucas Working Hours: Mon. to Sat., 2:20 PM to 10:35 PM\. **Competencies:** High school diploma (completed or currently pursuing); No prior experience required; Availability; Proactivity. **Responsibilities:** Feed the blow molding machine; Assist with basic adjustments and continuous operation of the blow molding machine under operator supervision; Monitor the operation of conveyors, feeders, and auxiliary equipment; Remove produced bottles; Perform visual inspection of produced bottles, identifying defects such as deformations, stains, cracks, cuts, or bubbles; Follow quality standards and immediately report any anomalies to the operator or team leader; Record non-conformance incidents when necessary; Perform packaging, labeling, and storage according to instructions; Maintain a clean, organized, and unobstructed workplace; Assist in cleaning the machine and peripheral equipment during scheduled shutdowns; Carry out other duties associated with the role. **We Offer:** Fixed salary: BRL 2\.156,00 \+ Meal Allowance: BRL 350,00 \+ Basic Food Basket and Bonus BRL 300,00, both linked to attendance.
