Negotiating and monitoring suppliers **CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** . Monitor construction execution, ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety; . Prepare quantity and cost spreadsheets for budgetary control; . Control purchase orders, receipt, and storage of materials and equipment; . Assist in organizing the construction site and maintaining workplace cleanliness; . Perform minor maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery; . Support the responsible engineer in technical and administrative tasks; . Verify invoices, prepare schedules, and conduct measurements; . Negotiate and monitor suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards. **Requirements:** . Technical qualification in Building Construction or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; . Experience in civil construction, especially in construction execution (construction site); . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; . Familiarity with the Sienge system is desirable; . Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 07:00 to 17:00; . Own vehicle preferred for travel between company units; .
