Description: Complete education in: Laboratory Assistant, Laboratory Technician, Clinical Analysis Technician and/or Clinical Pathology, Phlebotomy course, or experience in biological sample collection. * Treat customers with empathy and humanity; * Perform collection and triage of specimens for laboratory testing; * Carry out pre-analytical process steps, internal quality control, inspections, and sample verification; * Centrifuge biological samples and operate laboratory equipment; * Package biological material for transport; * Enter analysis and test results into the computerized system; * Restock supplies and maintain the collection booth in an orderly and tidy condition; * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently; * Attend 100% of trainings to which the organization assigns them; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position; * Safeguard confidentiality and security of information, complying with information security and data protection policies and regulations. 2512090203141794562
